As Brandistan Hq specializes in the delivery of digital goods and services (including online courses, e-books, software licenses, and consultancy services), there are no physical items to ship. Delivery is fulfilled exclusively through electronic means.

 

1. Digital Product Delivery (Instant Access)

 

For immediately accessible digital content (e.g., templates, e-books, pre-recorded courses):

2. Service and Consultancy Delivery (Commencement of Work)

 

For all purchased plans, consultancy packages, coaching services, or custom project work:

 

A. Commencement Rule

 

The commencement of the actual work for your purchased plan is guaranteed to begin within 48 Working Hours following the successful payment confirmation.

  • Working Hours are defined as: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays.

 

B. Onboarding and Scheduling

 

  1. Onboarding Email: You will receive an initial onboarding email, instructions, or a link to book your first session within 24 Working Hours of purchase.

  2. Method: Services are delivered via scheduled virtual meetings, dedicated project management platforms, and direct email communication.

  3. Client Responsibility: The commencement timeline is contingent upon the client providing any necessary initial information (e.g., brand documents, access credentials) requested in the onboarding email.

 

3. General Information and Errors

 

 

A. Delivery Confirmation

 

Delivery is confirmed electronically when:

  1. Access credentials for the course/service platform are successfully issued.

  2. The initial onboarding or service commencement email has been sent to the registered email address.

 

B. Contact and Responsibility

 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at the time of purchase is correct and active.

  • Brandistan Hq is not responsible for non-receipt of digital goods or access due to incorrect email information or email filtering (spam/junk folders) on the customer’s side.

 

C. Technical Issues
