⛔ Refund and Cancellation Policy
Applicable to: All products and services purchased directly from Brandistan Hq via its website.

At Brandistan Hq, our goal is to deliver high-quality services and products. Please read our policy below, which governs cancellations and refunds.
1. General Refund Policy: No Refunds (Statutory Exceptions Apply)
A. General Rule
As a general policy, Brandistan Hq does not offer refunds for services or digital goods purchased, as these products involve significant upfront resource allocation, intellectual property transfer, or immediate digital access. All sales are considered final.
B. Mandatory Statutory Exceptions
Notwithstanding the general rule above, Brandistan Hq is legally bound to offer a refund, return, or replacement in cases where the product or service is found to be:
Defective/Damaged: The product or service delivery mechanism is defective or broken upon delivery/access.
Not as Advertised: The product or service is materially different in terms of characteristics, features, or quality from what was explicitly advertised or displayed on the Site.
If your purchase falls under these statutory exceptions, please initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery/access commencement by contacting our Grievance Officer (Section 4).
2. Conditional Refund Offers (7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
A. Applicability
This section applies only when a specific service or package page explicitly states a “7-Day Refund Policy” or “Satisfaction Guarantee.”
B. Refund Condition
If you purchase an offer that explicitly includes a 7-Day Refund Policy, you are eligible for a refund if you are genuinely unsatisfied with the service delivered within the initial 7 days from the date of commencement/access.
C. Procedure for Satisfaction Guarantee Refund
Notification: You must notify us by email at info@brandistanhq.in within the 7-day period, stating clearly that you are initiating a refund request under the 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Reasoning: You must provide specific, actionable details regarding why you are unsatisfied with the services provided.
Review: Brandistan Hq reserves the right to review the utilization of the service before processing the refund. If significant work or resources have been consumed, we may offer a partial refund, at our sole discretion.
Action: If approved, the refund will be processed as per Section 3.
3. Refund Processing
Upon approval of a refund under either Section 1 (Mandatory Statutory Exceptions) or Section 2 (Conditional Offer):
Refund Amount: The full amount paid for the product/service, or a mutually agreed-upon partial refund.
Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the refund request is approved.
Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy
A. Customer Cancellation
You may cancel an order for a physical product or a service before the item has been shipped or the service delivery has commenced. We will process a full refund in such cases.
B. Company Cancellation
Brandistan Hq reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent transactions or if the product/service is unavailable for any reason. In such an event, we will offer an alternative or issue a full refund to you.
