If a product offered by Brandistan Hq is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund/replacement as per our Refund and Returns Policy.

Brandistan Hq adheres strictly to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the mandatory refund/return provision for defective products or services that do not match their description.
B. Digital Goods / Services
For any digital goods or consultancy services purchased, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service delivery or download process has commenced, unless the service or digital good is proven to be defective or not as described. Requests for refunds in such cases must adhere to our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Ownership
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brandistan Hq and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. In no event shall Brandistan Hq, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Brandistan Hq is committed to resolving customer grievances efficiently in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
